Varsity

At Elizabeth High School there are 3 awards given out each year:

1. Cardinal Award: Player selected that best represents Elizabeth High School in the Academic, Athletic and Community realms, voted on by peers.

2. Dedication Award: Player selected by their teammates that showed the most dedication to the program throughout the season.

3. MVP: Player selected for best all around athletic performance voted on by peers.


These 3 awards are presented to all 3 teams.

This year's Cardinal Award goes to Senior Nate Spidel.

Coach Melton: "I am honored, humbled and blessed to receive the 2018 Colorado Springs Metro League Coach of the Year honors in my first year here at Elizabeth. Receiving this award is a true testament to the people around me who have supported me. I am happy to share this award with my coaching staff and players. It really shows how successful this season was for the program."
